Returns + Exchanges

We follow a No Return / No Exchange Policy, except for products delivered torn or damaged.

• For any damage claim, an uncut and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must clearly show the package, shipping label and product while opening.
• Do not remove any tags, labels or packaging before reporting an issue.
• Used, washed, altered or tag-removed products are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Claims are subject to verification and approval by Banarasi Hastkala.
• Change of mind, colour preference or personal choice is not eligible for return/exchange.

Important: Please record your complete unboxing video before opening/removing anything from the package.
